Since 1980, LIFT CAA has held a Technical & Management Assistance (T&MA) contract with USDA Rural Development for Region II. The T&MA Program employees 13 staff that are trained in areas of preparation for completing the grant application, program planning, and operational management training. Technical & Management Assistance
The Technical & Management Assistance (T&MA) Program staff travel throughout Region II which includes 11 states to assist Self Help Housing grantees with preparing grant applications, program planning, and operational management.
