LIFT CAA offers in person homebuyer education classes. We use the “Realizing the American Dream” curriculum which covers topics: “Are You Ready to Buy a Home?” “Managing Your Money”, “Understanding Credit”, “Obtaining a Mortgage Loan”, “Shopping for a Home”, and “Protecting Your Investment”.

Online Homebuyer Education
LIFT CAA provides online homebuyer education through eHome America. This certified web-based program for prospective homebuyers exceeds the national industry standards. eHome provides the prospective homebuyer with A-to-Z information pertaining to homeownership, home buying process and much more.
