We offer smoke-free rental units in McCurtain, Choctaw and Pushmataha counties with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. In addition, we have rental options specifically for Seniors (aged 62+). Several amenities onsite including laundry and parking sites; Pets allowed with cleaning deposit; Section 8 vouchers accepted.

Are you ready to become a homeowner or are you interested in purchasing property? LIFT CAA may have the perfect home or property for you. Through our purchase-rehab-resale program, we buy and rehab existing homes for resale. We also build and sell “speculative” single family homes targeting families with moderate incomes. Occasionally, we also have property for sale.

This program offers a unique opportunity for qualifying low income families to fulfill their dreams of homeownership and move into an affordable, beautiful and new single family home. This program operates in cooperation with USDA/Rural Development and is available to families within Atoka, Bryan, Choctaw, Carter, Love, McCurtain, Marshall, and Pushmataha counties.
