The Early Learning Center was born out of the Early Head Start-Child Care partnership in 2015 between Head Start/Early Head Start and Early Learning Center formerly known as Happy Days Child Care. The Early Learning Center operates at 5 locations in LIFT CAA’s tri county service area. The Early Learning Center is a mirror image of the regular Early Head Start program operated by LIFT CAA. We serve children ages birth to three years old with the exception of the Broken Bow Early Learning Center and the ages are birth to 12 years old. The Early Learning Center serves 112 children and their families.
- Each Early Learning Center carries a 3 STAR rating from the Department of Human Services Child Care Licensing.
- The focus of the Early Learning Centers is based on Early Head Start Performance Standards and the Agency Mission statement.
