RFP selection will not be based solely on the lowest bid price but will be made by determining the best overall value to LIFT. Best overall value is determined by comparison of bid pricing, reference, past awards, past performance, work experience and ensuring that bidder is not currently on a state, federal or Lift’s disbarment list.
