Request for Proposals
LIFT Community Action Agency is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified, experienced janitorial services to provide a full range of services for multiple locations.

RFP selection will not be based solely on the lowest bid price but will be made by determining the best overall value to LIFT. Best overall value is determined by comparison of bid pricing, reference, past awards, past performance, work experience and ensuring that bidder is not currently on a state, federal or LIFT’s debarment list.
