LIFT Community Action Agency’s holistic approach to community and wrap-around services considers the network of connections between housing, employment, education, transportation, nutrition and health, family composition, civic engagement, and more, supporting our clients through direct services or referral. To be effective, our agency creates and maintains strong and positive relationships with a range of service providers, including government, nonprofits, community groups, elected officials and others. Given the multiple barriers that low-income individuals and families often face, this seamlessness of services is often the key to client success.
