Construction RFP March 2024

LIFT Community Action Agency (“LIFT CA” or “LIFT”) is issuing this Request for Proposals
(”RFP”) to solicit responses for planned new construction of residential units. The planned construction period is for up to 24 months. Proposals should include the cost of matierals and labor for the applicable phase of construction you specialize in.
LIFT CA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Proposals are due no later than March 29, 2024.
Award Notification will be made by April 5, 2024.
