LIFT Community Action Agency’s holistic approach to community and wrap-around services considers the network of connections between housing, employment, education, transportation, nutrition and health, family composition, civic engagement, and more, supporting our clients through direct services or referral. To be effective, our agency creates and maintains strong and positive relationships with a range of service providers, including government, nonprofits, community groups, elected officials and others.
