Choosing Childbirth is a group-based education program designed to support you throughout your journey.

We will provide you and your family with information, counseling and education to help you make informed decisions to choose childbirth.

Choosing Childbirth will help connect you, your children and family to other community resources available.

Our group education classes will also help you meet others that are in the same stage of life as you. At the group sessions you will find refreshments, a fuel or transit card to help cover the cost of travel, and other incentives throughout the program.
