Request for Proposal Belmont Place Fence
LIFT Community Action Agency (“LIFT CA” or “LIFT”) is issuing this Request for Proposals
(”RFP”) to solicit responses from qualified and experienced vendors/contractors to Tear down and offsite disposal of an estimated 1,040.00″ (Feet) of existing wooden privacy fence (4″ X 4″ uprights on 8′ center, 3 runs of 2 X 4 horizontial girts, wooden pickets) on the North, East and South side of the property. Installation of an estimated 740.00′ (feet) of new privacy fence constructed by one of the methods listed below:
Building Method #1:
Metal square tubing uprights cemented in on 9′ c enters
(3) runs of wooden horizontal girts
wooden pickets.
Building Method #2:
Metal square tubing uprights cemented in on 9′ centers
(3) runs of metal horizontal girts
26-gauge sheet metal with top and comer trim (as needed)
